Time flies faster and faster.The year 2024 is almost exhausting.
In this year, what’s your achievement? what have you lost? what have you gained? What event can be regarded as a historical sign in your life?
Review 2024, do you remember your mission or plan that was made in 2023? Have you made all of that plan come true?
Now, it’s time to anwser the above questions.

I have gained the ability to develop and control test stations at work. I can use Atlas2, Matchbox, Schooner, and other tools. Now, as for me, I can handle this skill and apply it well in real-world situations. But, I still remember how messy my thoughts were when I first encountered Atlas technology. I totally had no idea about it, have no experience about it, even did not know the main entry point of the program. I felt extreme pressure, but I wanted to adapt to the factory, I wanted to be a suitable person for the company.I know it was an important opportunity for me in my career. So, I read the offical document, asked my fellows for help about Atlas, went to product line as soon as possible for knowing the station config and GH-System, and I positively to participated in various forms of test stations. All of these effort were to enhance my ability. I appreciate all the people who helped me during my challenging phase, especially Near.San, my leader.

I have a basic understanding of Shell, Linux, Python, C, and C++. These fundamental skills are very beneficial to me. And I’m very clear about my shortcomings and the areas where I need to improve. In the coming years, I not only need to complete my work tasks but also deepen my understanding of these skills. Because I know what I must do, no setback can stop me, and no difficulty can defeat me.

The anticipated house was delivered on time. But, what made me sad is the deep corruption and negligence of the real estate developer and the government. Despite the fact that the developer belongs to the CPC, the quality of the house is very poor. Compared to local standards, the underground garage has significant water leakage, and many cracks have appeared in the walls. The officers from the relevant government department claim that everything meets national standards. As a regular citizen, this is a joke; no one listens to your complaints or pays attention to these issues. Even, some neighbors were detained by the police when homeowners gathered to protest legally. This shows they are not interested in fixing the issues but in silencing those who speak up. I’m so sorry to hear and see the fact that happened in my country. However, as a traditional and real Chinese person, I still insist that my country has a brilliant future. There must be a person who will address these corrupt officials. We just need to be patient and wait…

2024 may be a memorable year for me. What makes me excited is my son attending kindergarten. What makes me sad is also my son attending kindergarten. Hah… I’m happy that my son is starting to learn skills that will be useful in his life. It also means I need to say goodbye to his babyhood and his pampered times…Yup, I am learning to give him more freedom, patience, and attention. Never spoil him but guide him to be a self-reliant person with a strong inner core.
In summary, I’m satisfied with myself in 2024. Love my family, my wife, my son. The events of this year have, on the whole, been satisfactory.
In 2025, maybe I’ll be sent to the Luxshare office in the USA. If it’s true, it will significantly impact on my life as it will be my first time going abroad. And, I’ll attend adult college in Suzhou. I aim to keep learning throughout my life and expect a better future. Hope I won’t be let down in the next 15 years.
Next year, I hope everything will be okay. Each person whom I love will be healthier and happier; Each Person who loves me will also be healthier and happier.
